Chemical recycling enables the on-site conversion of mixed plastic waste into valuable resources through a decentralized, modular system. Shredded plastics are melted and processed in a pyrolysis reactor, where they are broken down into shorter hydrocarbon chains. These are then condensed into high-quality oils that can re-enter the plastics value chain – making chemical recycling efficient, accessible, and fully circular.

Closing the Loop with Thermal Depolymerization

The SynCycle process converts plastic waste into hydrocarbons through thermal depolymerization in a pyrolysis reactor. The resulting pyrolysis vapor is condensed into circular oil and fed back into the chemical and plastics industries – turning waste into valuable resources and closing the loop in the circular economy.
